A good nesting life. What can we do now?
As a measure to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), our lives have inevitably changed significantly due to the effects of refraining from going out at night even on weekdays.
Due to the anxiety that covers the world, daily necessities may sell out from various stores and run out of stock.
Every day I'm likely to turn down in such a situation, but what should we really keep in mind in such a situation ...?
What you need, as much as you need
All kinds of food disappeared from the supermarket that night when the "request to refrain from going out on weekends" was issued.
I stopped by on my way home from work, but I didn't have anything left to buy. There are many people who say that.
Of course it is important to buy what you need. But at the same time, we now have to figure out what we really need.
If you realize again what you should stock, what you should consume, and what you have, such as tissue and toilet paper, not just food, you will not have to rush when shopping.
If you take this opportunity to review your home inventory and storage, you should be able to welcome spring with a refreshing feeling.
Watch a movie and read a book
I think that there are many people who can't usually spend time watching movies and reading books.
However, now I am under pressure to choose various work styles such as remote work, staggered work, and reduced working hours.
Especially for remote work where there is no commuting time, it is a good opportunity to have time to experience entertainment.
When you're done with your work, it's a good idea to switch your mind, turn on your TV, and watch the movie you missed.
You can also pull out the books and magazines you are reading and change your mood while rumbling on the sofa.
It may be difficult to switch between ON and OFF at home, but it is also recommended to divide the time firmly with a timer etc. and make effective use of the surplus time.
From what you can do, little by little
As I mentioned at the beginning, our lives are now facing a situation that has to undergo major changes.
It's tempting to look down for something we've never experienced before, but we still have to look forward.
That's why I think it's best to spend your days cherishing while doing what you can.
If you stop for a moment and look around, you will find that there are many things you can enjoy at home.
By all means, let's get through these days while keeping things tidy and taking a proper break.
