Pure ceramic plates can cause hair to snag and have poor glide. This is because pure ceramic is hard, which prevents gaps from forming when hair is squeezed, leading to high pressure that crushes the hair.
For this reason, Areti developed a unique hybrid plate that retains the durability and heat retention of pure ceramic while providing improved glide and absorbing excess pressure.

Pure ceramic provides excellent heat retention but takes time to heat up. That's why we use the MCH (metal ceramic heater), which heats to 100°C instantly and includes multiple safety features. This design helps minimize hair damage.

Pure ceramic is known for being a hair-friendly material, but it is also extremely hard.
As a result, when hair is clamped solely with pure ceramic, the pressure is not released, leading to poor glide.

The silicone, which absorbs pressure when pinching hair, is inserted one by one by hand, so it may come off if it is misaligned during shipping or if excessive force is applied when gliding.
Due to its different structure from other hair irons, please glide it slowly with about half the force of a normal hair iron.

アレティの新たな挑戦

金属を上回る硬さで傷が付きにくく、耐熱性、耐食性に優れた純セラミック。
古来から芸術品や器などにも使用され、現在ではスマホなどの精密機器にも欠かせない
高価な素材となっています。

純セラミックは加熱すると遠赤外線と大量のマイナスイオンを放出することから
非常に髪に優しいことが知られていますが、一般的なヘアアイロンのプレートに使われる
アルミとは比にならないほど難度の高い複雑な製造工程が多く、
熟練した職人の手で一つ一つ作る必要があります。

また、焼成後の寸法のバラつきやすさ、急激な過熱や冷却に弱いという特性があり
量産自体がとても難しく、課題を一つずつ解決することから始まりました。

「究極の1本のために」
手仕事へのこだわり

機械化が進んでも熟練工によってはじめて実現する精度と滑らかさ。純セラミックプレートは焼成時に約0.2％収縮するため一枚一枚見極め、上下2枚のプレートも手作業で本体に装着されます。

純セラミックは髪に優しい反面、硬度の高さゆえに髪を挟んだときの圧を逃がすことができず、引っかかりによるダメージを招くという問題が生じてしまいます。

そこで、アレティは独自技術のハイブリッドプレートを開発。硬い純セラミックプレートの良さを活かしながら髪の引っ掛かりを解消します。

半月かけて完成

【1枚のプレートが完成するまで】

1.調合
プレートの形状、強度を維持するため約90℃の熱を加えながら主材と成形助剤をミックス。
2.成形
手作業で1枚ずつ高圧プレス。本体に組み合わせる裏面の複雑な構造も
完成に近い形状で安定させます。
3.低温脱ろう
成形助剤、不純物を取り除くために900℃の窯で約4日間かけて下焼き。
4.焼成
1650℃の窯で3日間焼締め、硬度の他、熱に対する耐性を強化。
このときの温度や時間の差でプレートの質が変わることも。
5.洗浄
振動による刺激で表面に付着した粉塵を除去。
6.研磨
純セラミックは硬度が高い反面、引張りや曲げに対する強度は低く、強い力が加わるとひび割れが生じてしまいます。直接髪に触れる部分だからこそ、少量ずつ丁寧に磨き上げています。
7.鏡面仕上げ
髪の滑りを良くするため、凹凸のない鏡のようなツヤ仕上げに。
8.仕上げ洗浄
工程の複雑さゆえ、微粒子となった不純物が混在しやすい純セラミックは白く仕上げることが難しく、短時間に大量生産されたものは黒いセラミックプレートとなってしまいます。
アレティが培ってきたノウハウを活かしながら徹底的に不純物を除去することで、初めて白いセラミックプレートが完成します。

髪とプレートの密着性を高める
アレティ独自のPCPH構造

ハイブリッドプレートは熱伝導の良いアルミニウムプレートに手作業でシリコンストリップを組み込んでいます。

プレートに挟まれた髪は高硬度の純セラミックと低硬度のシリコンで程好く密着。PCPH（Pure Ceremic Plus Hybrid）構造を取り入れることで、髪が押しつぶされることなく、毛先が逃げることもありません。

使いやすい

規定温度にすぐになり、使いやすいです。ただプレート幅が狭めなので、髪が多い人は髪にアイロン通すのに時間がかかるかもしれません。

シンプルで使い安い。早割でかったけどポイントの付与がないみたい。

やはり普通のプレートとセラミックの差か、癖の伸び方、手触りがかなり違いました。
低い温度でも癖が伸びやすいので、
繰り返し髪にアイロンする必要がないので、髪に優しいです。
早割りでお得に購入でき、発送も迅速でした!オススメです！

とても使いやすい

立ち上がりがとても早いです。時間がかかるものだと電源を入れて他のことをしている間にタイマーで切れてしまうこともありましたが、表示窓に上がっていく温度が表示されるのを見ながら待てるレベルです。
プレートのサイズを悩んだ結果白より色があったほうが良いと思い15mmを選びましたが、セミロング毛量多い私には20mmでも良かったかも。色の選択肢があると嬉しかったです。
保湿力も他製品に比べると高い感じがします。クッションのおかげでちょっと角度をつけすぎても髪が折れ曲がってしまうこともなさそうですし、良い買い物をしたと思います。
レビューで箱や説明書が汚いなど書かれている方もいましたが、特にそういったこともなくきれいな商品が届きました。
あとは壊れやすいというレビューも期待はずれに終わるよう願うばかりです。
